2 lg cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 C sour cream
1 T sugar
1 tsp fresh dill snipped
paprika for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cucumber with salt and chill for one hour.
Drain the cucumber. Pat dry and transfer to serving bowl.
Combine sour cream, sugar and dill and toss with cucumber.
Garnish with Paprika
