4 - 6 ripe tomatoes diced
1/2 lb Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
1/4 c fresh basil cut into strips
3 - 4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 c olive oil
2 tsp coarse salt
coarsely ground black pepper
Parmesan cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
2 hours prior to serving, combine all ingredients except Parmesan in a large bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Cook pasta, drain and toss with tomato mixture
Sprinkle with Parmesan
Serve immediately, heat of pasta melts brie and gives it a special consistency.
