1 cup sugar,
1/2 cup light corn syrup,
dash of salt,
1 1/2 cups shelled peanuts,
(Donna uses planters Dry roasted and unsalted)
1 Tbsp butter,
1 1/2 tsp baking soda,
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease baking sheet heavily.
2. Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 3 quart casserole. Stir in peanuts. Microwave at high for about 8-10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients and stir until light and foamy.
4. Quickly spread on greased cookie sheet.. MOVE FAST WITH THIS>
5. Spread as thin as possible
6. Cool; break into pieces and then toss in granulated sugar
