6 apples peeled and sliced
5 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup apple or Orange juice
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. grease and flour tube pan and preheat oven to 350
2. Mix apple slices with 5 Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon. set aside.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour half the batter into the pan.
4. Top with half the apple mixture
5. pour in remaining batter.
6. Top with remaining apple mixture
7. Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours.
