1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup gravy flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, i use more
toast or English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Over low hear, melt butter. Stir in four, salt and pepper until well blended. Add milk and cook until thickened and with no lumps.
2. Add cheese and cook, stirring until cheese is blended. Pour over toast or English Muffins and serve immediately
