4 lbs of sirloin tip roast, seasoned
18 ounce bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce, Debbie liked open pit
2 Tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season meat, cut up and put in crock
2. mix honey with half the jar of barbecue sauce and pour on the meat. Do NOT add water
3. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. Deb did this part overnight
4. let it cool, then remove about 1/2 to 3/4 of the juice. AND SAVE!
5. Take the meat out with a slotted spoon and shred it.
6. Return the meat to the juice that you had kept in the crock pot.
7. add the remaining barbecue sauce and any of the juice that you had earlier removed, until it is your desired thickness or juiceness.
8. cook 2-3 more hours on low.
