2 lb chicken thighs boneless or Breast cut i half
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp fresh Dill or dried
2 tsp butter
3 clove of garlic sliced
1/3 cup oil
salt to taste
1/4 cup of whit wine ( if you like )

© Use large and deep skillet add oil to suttee the garlic,.and chicken to the skillet and cook it foully. Drain all the liquid.
Add butter to the chicken and cook on high heat for 2 min,add nutmeg,salt and wine. Blend the cream cheese and the heavy cream, mix will then add it to the Chicken with dill. Lower the heat to simmer, until fully cooked. If too thick add milk. Serve with rice on the side or pasta.
