1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, I use more
1 1/2 cup chopped peaches or mangos
one lime
one pepper
1/2 cup chopped cilantro (takes time to permeate)
1/2 tsp garlic
salt to taste
start with i Tbsp fresh grated ginger
Directions:

chop fruit and veggies
mix the juice of the lime with the seasonings
combine
