1 16oz loaf Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread
8 large eggs
3 cups milk
4 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 T vanilla extract
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan, cut bread into 1 inch pieces and arrange in 1 layer in pan. In a large bowl, beat eggs with milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate 4 -36 hours.
To bake, cube 2 T butter and dot over. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, until bread is puffy and lightly browned. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
