Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water
4 Tablespoon cocoa
1 ½ sticks butter
½ cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients; set aside. Bring water, cocoa, and butter to a boil in a saucepan and then add dry ingredients. Whisk buttermilk, egg, vanilla, and baking soda together in a bowl and then add to the mixture.

Bake at 400° for approximately 20 minutes in ungreased pan (9x13 or jelly roll pan).

Caramel Icing:
1 stick butter
½ cup brown sugar (packed)
¼ milk
3-4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan and add brown sugar. Cook 2 minutes on low/med heat. Add milk and bring to a boil. Cool. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.

For Chocolate Icing, use:
1 stick butter
4 Tablespoons cocoa
4 Tablespoons milk
3-4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter and add cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil. Cool. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
