4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
1/3 c. Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic
2 T. All Natural Organic Butter EVOO
3/4 tsp. kosher or sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 400º. Cut parchment paper to fit bottom of cookie sheet.

Thoroughly shake or whisk together balsamic & EVOO. In a large bowl toss to liberally coat sweet potato wedges with emulsified mixture.

Arrange potato wedges on parchment paper lined pan in a single layer, without overcrowding. Sprinkle with salt and roast for 45 minutes until tender and the balsamic glaze has caramelized.
