2 lb ground beef , or any ground meat you like
3 large Idaho potatoes , peeled cut to large cube
1 16 oz. tomato sauce
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp allspice
1/3 cup. Veggie Oil
2 tbs. butter
1 cup water
1/4 cup bread crumbs

© In mixing bowl add the ground meat, garlic, salt, allspice. and bread crumbs , mix well. Make a medium size meatball.
In a large pan,add butter and oil. Brown the meatball and pull a side. in the same pot suttee the potatoes too.Bring the meatball back to the pot with tomato sauce, cinnamon stick and cup of water, bring to boil, lower the heat to medium-low until the potatoes is folly cooked. Serve with rice.
