4 tbsp cocoa
2 C sugar
1/2 C milk
1/2 C margarine (1 stick)
3 C quick oatmeal
1 tsp salt
1/2 C coconut or walnuts
1/2 C peanut butter (optional)*
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, mix cocoa & sugar. Add milk & margarine *(if peanut butter is used, you'll only need 2 tbsp margarine). Boil for 3 minutes, stirring so it doesn't stick.
Remove from heat, stir in oatmeal, coconut, nuts, and peanut butter if using. Add vanilla & stir well - will be sort of 'stiff'.
Drop by tsp on waxed paper. Cool & eat!

If you don't like coconut use the nuts; I always use peanut butter, a better flavor. No baking needed, so enjoy!
