2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. flaked onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp. sugar
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme
1-28 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 sun-dried tomatoes
pepper to taste
1-1/2 c. veggie broth
1 c. plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
In soup pot, warm oil; add onions, garlic and dried spices. Cook until onion is soft and add tomatoes and sundried tomatoes. Cook until very soft and juicy. Remove bay leaves and add broth and yogurt. Puree in blender.
