Meat Mixture:
2 pounds ground meat
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp. basil
1 ˝ tsp. salt
Cheese Mixture:
1 12 oz. carton of cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
˝ tsp. pepper
1 pound grated mozzarella cheese
1 ˝ - 2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (8 oz.) package of lasagna noodles.

Fry ground meat in large skillet and drain. Add remaining meat mixture ingredients. Prepare the noodles by package directions. In a large bowl, beat eggs and add remaining cheese ingredients. Put ˝ noodles in 9x13 dish, then ˝ of cheese mixture over the noodles, then ˝ the meat mixture. Repeat, ending with meat. Cover with foil, bake at 275 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 20 additional minutes or until completely warm.

This makes a lot of lasagna, so you can divide this into 2 dishes, bake 1 and freeze the other if you’d like.
