1 box Spaghetti # 2 or your favorite pasta
1 lb Cooked ham diced or chicken (any cooked meat you like is appropriate.)
10 Sliced or shredded muenster cheese or gruyere cheese
10 Sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 stick of butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 qt. Whole milk
1 cup Italian bread Crumbs

© cook the spaghetti fully and drain. Set it aside.
In a medium pot, make your rue by melting the butter and browning the flour to a light brown color. Lower the heat, add black pepper, nutmeg, and salt, stir with wooden spoon. Begin to pour all the milk slowly and keep stirring until sauce thickens. Add the 1/4 cup parmesan stir, and set it aside. If too thick add more milk.

In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Use half the amount of pasta and half the sauce, mix and combine, spread it in the tray equally, then add the meat you chose. Pour a few spoonfuls of the sauce on top of the meat, and layer the muenster or gruyere.
Add the rest of the pasta and the sauce on top try to spread the pasta evenly. Then arrange the mozzarella cheese on top.
For the last step. Mix bread crumbs with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and spread it on top the mozzarella. Bake on close to bottom rack of oven 375 º for 1/2 hour until the cheese is melting and bubbling. Cool the pan before serving.
