1 8" size blue fish
¼ cup olive oil
1 lemon (sliced)
1 lime (sliced)
1 tsp. salt
4 cloves crushed garlic
3 tbsps. olive oil
¼ cup cilantro
¼ tsp. red pepper
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ cup walnuts

Directions:

Clean fish thoroughly. On a large piece of tin foil, lay slices of lemon and lime in the center of the foil. Add salt. Place the fish on top of the slices. Add additional layer of lemon and lime slices and sprinkle with more salt. Wrap the fish with the foil and grill for ½ hour.

In a frying pan, cook crushed garlic and cilantro in olive oil. Add red pepper, salt and pepper.

Remove fish from foil. Peel off the skin and add the garlic mixture to the fish.
