2 medium sized cucumbers
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. chopped mint
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers.
Put the yogurt in a bowl. Add the cucumbers and garlic. Add the mint. Mix well. Add salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together.

Refrigerate for one hour.

Serve as a cold soup or as a side dish with other Mazza dishes.
