1 pkg. Oreo cookies
3 cups milk
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
1-8 oz) cool whip
2 small pkgs vanilla instant pudding
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 cup confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreo cookies, divide into 3 parts and set aside. Mix cream cheese & butter until smooth.
Mix in confectioners sugar. Then add cool whip.

In a separate large bowl mix together pudding & milk. Fold in cream cheese mix.

Put 1/3 of crushed Oreos in a deep dish.
Pour half of cream cheese mix on cookies.
Put 1/3 of crushed Oreos in.
Pour half of cream cheese mix on cookies.
Add remaining cookies on top and chill to set.
