6 pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. apple juice
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. ketchup
2 T. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 large apple

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange pork chops in a 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour, turning once.
In small saucepan, combine juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, cornstarch, and ground ginger. Heat to boiling and slightly thick. Remove from heat.
Core apple and cut into 6 rings. Skim fat from pork chops. Place and apple slice on every chop.
Pour sauce over chops, bake 15 minutes longer or until fork tender.
