2 lbs. Carrots, sliced
2 Onions, sliced
2 Green peppers, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until al dente. Drain.
Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add onions, green peppers and carrots. Refrigerate, stir occasionally.

You can make this dish ahead of time as it keeps well in the refrigerator.
