2 cups sugar
1 ¼ cups water
1 tsp. blossom water
½ tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar in sauce pan on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add water and stir. Let liquid boil and then add the blossom water and lemon juice. Cook on low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
