1.5 lbs chuck steak cut up
1/3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large onion sliced
1-2 green peppers sliced
1 16oz can tomatoes diced
1 4oz can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp molasses (optional)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 10oz pack frozen french cut green beans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put steak, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot. Stir well to coat steak. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

I use double the mushrooms, and I always use the molasses and beans. I think I add more beans since the bags are usually more than 10oz.

I buy Ore-Ida "Steam n’ Mash®" potatoes to serve this over.
