5 cups rhubarb
6 cups sugar
1 can # 2 size Dole crushed pineapple in own juice
2 boxes (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Rhubarb, sugar and pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.

Heat until rolling boil. Boil eight minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add the two boxes of gelatin and stir well. Fill jars and seal.
