1 medium size onion
¼ cup olive oil
5 cloves garlic
2 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 bag lentils (rinsed in water)
½ bunch chopped Swiss chard
8 cups water
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and sauté in olive oil. Add garlic to pan and sauté for a few minutes. Add the potatoes. Add lentils and Swiss chard. Stir well and then add water and salt. When mixture comes to a boil, add lemon juice. Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

You may need to add more water as the soup thickens.
