4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 bag of frozen peas and carrots
1 can of Pillsbury Grand Biscuit Dough
2 tablespoons of butter (I usually omit the butter to be healthier and really can't taste the difference)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, onion, butter and veggies together.
Place over chicken in crockpot.
Add enough water to cover all ingredients (usually 1 1/2 - 2 cans).
Cook on High for 5- 6 hours (check around 4 hours).
Cut each biscuit dough into 1/8's and put into mixture and cook for another 30 minutes - 1 hour until dough is no longer raw in the center. Don't stir until dough looks like it's formed.
