2lbs. Carrots
1/2 stick butter
3 Lg eggs, beaten
1/4c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp++ cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Slice carrots small and cook in water until softened. Drain water.
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon together in bowl.
Mix everything together in food processor ( or mixer.) Process until smooth.

Grease 1 1/2 qt dish and bake it for approx. 1 - 1/4 hours or until bubbly at 350 degrees.
