1 pound loaf unsliced bread, cut all of the crust off, I use sour batard
1.2 cup, 1 stick butter melted
1/2 pound Cheddar Cheese, cubed
4 ounces cream cheese
2 egg whites of large eggs at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Cut loaf of bread into bite size cubes. Melt butter and cheeses together. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into slightly cooled cheese mixture. Dip each bread cube into mixture and coat all sides. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze. After frozen place into a freezer zip lock bag. When ready to use Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 to 18 minutes until lightly brown on edges and bubbly.

** You can also substitute with pepper jack cheese or Havarti or mozzarella, roasted garlic and dried basil mixture.
