Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Set oven to 350º. Thinly cover the bottom of a baking dish or pan with olive oil. Place salmon filet in pan - season with pepper and salt if desired. Depending on thickness and length of filet, cook 6-15 mins. Watch to be sure it's not over cooking.
