3 c flour
2 c sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 c oil
1 c chopped pecans
4 c apples, peeled, cut into bite size
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut apples. In mixing bowl, add apples and sugar. Let sit for 15-20 minutes. Combine rest of ingredients mixing well. Add apple mixture. Pour into greased and floured non-stick Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and place on cake pan.

Alternative:
Muffins: pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 325 for about 25-30 minutes until done.
