Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 Tbsp dry milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 & 1/2 cups brown rice flour*
1 tsp dried parsley (op)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, whisk together eggs and pumpkin till smooth. Stir in dry milk, salt, and dried parsley (if using). Add brown rice flour gradually, combining with spatula of hands to form a still, dry dough. Turn out onto lightly (rice) floured surface and if dough is still rough, briefly knead and press to combine. Roll dough between 1/4" - 1/2" thick - depending on your dog's chew preferences (ask first!). Use biscuit or other shape cutter to cut shapes, gathering and re-rolling as you go. Place shapes on ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, press fork pattern on biscuits before baking. Bake 20 minutes, turn over and bake additional 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely on rack before feeding to dog.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
For those doggies unable to tolerate wheat and/or corn, this is a yummy, easy to make treat. Brown rice promotes better dog digestion and pumpkin discourages doggies from eating their poo.

*Make brown rice flour by running brown rice through your wheat grinder!
