4 C. flour
1 C. brown sugar
4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 C. milk
2 eggs
1/2 C. oil
1 T. vanilla
1 C. Choc. chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all wet ingredients and all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until incorporated. Put in muffin pan, either lined or well oiled. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle granulated sugar on the muffins while still hot
