Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
3 T. water
1 t. vanilla
4- 7/8 oz. chocolate bars
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and water in a heavy saucepan. cook to 300º stirring constantly to prevent burning. Add vanilla and pecans. Mix and pour into a buttered 9x9 pan. Lay chocolate bars on top while warm. Cool completely and break into pieces.
