1 Pkg. Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix
2 cans "Ready to Spread" Vanilla Frosting
14 ozs. Pkg of Coconut
Food Coloring
Red String Licorice
Jelly Beans or Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake cake in two 8 or 9" round cake pans as directed on package. Cool completely.

Cut one layer for ears and bowtie. Make a curved cut for ears...one from each side. Center will be the bow tie.

Assemble pieces on cardboard covered with aluminum foil or large tray.

Frost top and sides of cake. Cover with coconut Mix 1/4 cut of coconut with a few drops of red food coloring to make a medium pink color - sprinkle on ears and bow tie. Mix 1 1/4 cups coconut and a few drops of green food coloring...sprinkle evenly on tray.

Decorate bunny face with jelly beans or chocolate chips for eyes and nose...use red licorice for whiskers and mouth. Decorate edge of ears and bowtie with chocolate chips or jelly beans.
