1/4 cup margarine
4 cups stuffing bread
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
2-4 tbsp water
1 1/2 cups celery diced small

cook onions and celery in margarine until tender, mix with remaining ingredients use to stuff turkey, or bake in baking dish
