Mix together:
1/2 c. shortening
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. sugar
Sift together:
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Stir alternately with 1 c. butter milk
Rub together:
2 tbs flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbs. butter
1 tbs. cinnamon

Spread the last mixture over the raw batter. bake for about 40 mins.
