9 cups flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tsp salt
2 cubes butter

Directions:
Directions:
put flour in a large bowl that has a lid. Make a well in the flour.Beat the eggs with a fork. Add the yeast to the sugar and mix. Scald the milk and add the water and cool. Add tsp of salt then add to egg mixture and mix. Everything should now be a dough. Seal the dough and burp it. Put bowl in warm water for 30 mins. Lid should pop off. Melt the butter and pour into the dough mixture. Mix well. Seal again and burp bowl in warm water again for 30 mins or until lid pops off. Take out dough and knead 20 times. Shape into loaves or rolls. Let raise for 15 to 20 mins. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
