3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 Tbsp butter, softened
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup raisins
1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped

1. preheat oven to 325

2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and slat in a medium bowl. With electric mixer on medium, beat peanut butter, butter and sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat JUST UNTIL blended. Stir in oats, raising and apple.

3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons about 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
