Ingredients:  
1 Tbsp. butter
1 small sweet onion, grated
3 cups chicken broth
2 medium yellow potatoes, cut into bite sized cubes
2 cups chicken cut into bite sized pieces
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup gravy flour
1 cup milk
1 pkg cream cheese, 8 ounces, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large sauce pan over medium hear, melt butter. Add onion and saute. Add chicken broth and potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add the chicken, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly.

2. In a small bowl, combine flour and milk until smooth. Add to the soup mixture and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened which will take about 3 minutes. Reduce heat and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted.
