3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup flour

filling
1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/ 4 cup butter, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. grease a rimmed cookie sheet that is lined with a greased and floured piece of wax paper
2. in a medium bowl combine the eggs and sugar. Add in the pumpkin, baking soda, cinnamon and flour.
3. Spread the mixture on the cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. if it is done it will spring back when touched.
4. remove from the oven and pout on a clean dish towel that has been covered with confectioner sugar. Roll the cake up and let it cool.
5. In a medium bowl combine the filling ingredients
6. When the cake is cooled, unroll it and spread with the cream cheese mixture
7. chill thoroughly in frig. .
8. sprinkle with confectioner sugar before serving.
