1 c. thinly sliced celery
½ c. chopped pimiento stuffed green olives
½ c. chopped pepperocini
Garlic to taste
2 T Italian dressing

Filling:
¼ lb. thinly sliced ham
¼ lb. thinly sliced hard salami
¼ lb. thinly sliced provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Split loaf of French bread in half horizontally. Remove soft bread from lower half, leaving ½” shell.

In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients. Spoon half of olive mixture over cut side of bottom bread half. Layer meats & cheese evenly over olive mixture. Top with remaining olive mixture. Season with black pepper, if desired. Close sandwich with top half of bread. Serve immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate overnight. Cut sandwich into serving size pieces.
