18 slices bread
24 ounces half and half or light cream
3 large eggs
9 Tbsp melted butter
8 Tbsp dark brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350
2. grease large baking pan
3. arrange slices of bread two deep in the pan
4. whisk ingredients together and pour over bread, pressing down until the liquid is absorbed but the bread is not floating.
5. bake at 350 until it is cooked all the way through and it is golden brown
