1 stick unsalted butter, chilled
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1Tbsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350
2. spray a cookie sheet and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar
3. whisk egg and heavy cream together and set aside
4.. combine flour, sugar and baking powder
5. Using a pastry knife, but the butter into the dry mixture
until the mixture is grainy but there are no chunks of butter. Do not over mix.
6. Mix in egg/cream mixture with a fork, mixing as little as possible
7. Gently mix in blueberries being careful to not break up the blueberries. Mix as little as possible just til batter clings together.
8. Press the mixture into a circle on the cookie sheet.
9. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
10. bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown
