Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef (tofu crumble works too)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1 can (24-oz) vegetarian baked beans
1 can (16-oz) kidney beans, drained
1 can (16-oz) white beans, drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
2 T. mustard
2 T. molasses
1/2 cup dark maple syrup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and brown the beef (or tofu), season with salt and pepper, drain well. Mix together the ketchup, barbeque sauce, mustard, molasses, and sugars and add to beef mixture. Min in the drained beans. Continue to cook, covered on a low stovetop, or bake in a casserole at 350º for at least an hour. Whatever cooking method you use watch that it doesn't burn because of all the sugars in it. These always taste great and are good reheated.
