Honey/Sugar/Agave Sweetener

Directions:
Green Tea is NOT like all other types of tea and therefore requires a different way of brewing than we are accustomed to. If the water is too hot or the bag is immersed too long in the water, than the result is a bitter (and very icky) cup of "tea". Don't bring the water to a boil, get it off the stove before you hear the whistle. The water temperature should be around 165º and don't put the tea bag into the water until you know that the temp is NO HOTTER than this. Once you place the tea bag in the water, only let it steep for 2-3 minutes....any longer and the tea will be bitter.
Once the 2-3 minutes has passed, dunk the bag just a few times and then discard. Sweeten with your favorite sweetener and enjoy all the flavor and benefits this wonderful drink has to offer!
