3 lg yellow squash
½ lg onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ lb Velveeta cheese (cubed)
½ box stuffing mix
Directions:
Directions:
Slice & boil squash. Drain. Add onion, soup & cheese. Pour into baking dish (sprayed first with Pam). Top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350º about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
