1 lb ground beef
Garlic minced
Onion chopped
Taco seasoning
Tomato Pate - med can
Water paste can full
Salsa
1 c cooked rice
1 can black beans
6 tortilla rounds
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
350º
Fry beef with garlic and onion season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, drain off fat.
Add taco seasonings, tomato paste, water and some salsa let simmer 15 minutes.
Use a 9 x 13 pan and layer as follows: sauce, cheese, tortillas, rice, beans, sauce, cheese, tortillas, rice, beans and top with cheese
Bake 350º for 30 minutes

This recipe has no quantities, just put it together how you think will work best.
I sometimes clean the fridge out to make this dish, I have used diced roast chicken, chicken broth instead of the water and kidney or chick peas instead of the black beans, I have put in a layer of veggies, whatever is left over. yummy
