1 c Self Rising Flour
1 c Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 stick of Butter (softened)
1/2 c Coconut
1/3 c Walnuts or Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix (do not beat) first 5 ingredients together.
Add nuts and coconut
Pour into 8"x10" pan (sprayed with Pam)
Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 min
