250 g chevre, softened
125 g cream cheese, softened
3 T port
pinch salt
1 Kg seedless green grapes
1 c pistachios, shelled, lightly toasted and ground

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together Chevre and cream cheese. Add port and salt and combine until smooth. Measure out 1 tsp cheese and press grape into mixture. Roll into pistachio's and place on dish. Refrigerate until serving.

Personal Notes:
The cheese mixture is soft and the warmth of your hands makes the mixture sloppy. I dunk my hands into a bowl of ice water to keep them cool.
