1 c chicken breast, finely chopped
1/2 c lettuce chopped
1/2 c cheddar cheese grated
1/2 c green onion chopped
1/2 c red pepper minced
4 oz cream cheese softened
2 T ssour cream or balkin yogurt
1 T red-pepper jelly
3 - 9" flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, lettuce, cheese, green onion and red pepper in bowl, set aside. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream and red-pepper jelly.
Spread one third of cream cheese mixture over tortilla. Sprinkle with one third of chicken mixture. Roll up tightly - jelly-roll style. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Trim off ends and cut each roll into 8 slices.
